What is HCD 2.0?
The National Human Capital Development Project 2.0 (HCD 2.0) is a government-led initiative to improve Nigeria’s Human Capital Index to 0.6 by 2030 through coordinated investments in health, education, and livelihoods across all 36 states and the FCT.
How can I access training programmes?
